Online Booking Policy for TCM Treatment 1. Booking Cut-Off Time: The latest clients can book a TCM Treatment session is 24 hours before the start time. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking at least 3 hours before the session start time. 3. Site Member Options: If you are a site member, you can cancel or reschedule your reservation by visiting your member booking page.
