Cancellation Policy
Online Booking Policy for Group Classes & Hyrox 1. Booking Cut-Off Time: The latest clients can book a session is 4 hours before the start time. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 8 hours before the session start time. No-shows will result in the session being considered used. 3. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session time. 4. [Waiver & Release] By registering at Jabfit, you acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in an intense physical exercise program. You are fully informed of the strenuous nature of this program and the possibility of adverse physiological occurrences including, but not limited to, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart attack, or death. You assume all risks for your health and well-being and fully release and hold Jabfit, its instructors, members, and employees harmless from any responsibility, cost, or damages. Your agreement to this release applies to every visit and Jabfit event. You also acknowledge that any minor under your care voluntarily participates, and you assume full responsibility for their health and safety.
